Pyrokinesis, literally means "fire movement". It is purported to be the postulated psi ability to manipulate a flame, or control it. In a definition which overlaps that of thermokinesis, it could also be the purported ability to excite the atoms within an object, possibly creating enough energy to ignite the object.
